Description
Nanocrine provides biochips with ready-to-functionalize, self-assembled monolayers (RtF-SAMTM) at specific molecular densities for users to define their surfaces with unique and custom chemistries. Available densities include mean distances of 2 nm, 6 nm, 19 nm, 59 nm, and 187 nm between -COOH functional groups.
Custom densities are available upon request.
Nanocrine Surface Chemistry Biochips provide a standardized and customizable test platform for assessing the influence of nearby molecular density and gradients on cell adhesion, viability and morphology. The biochips allow real-time monitoring of cells over a range of very specific chemical environments.
Each slide contains four ready-to-functionalize surfaces (RtF-SAMTM), provided sterile, in a sealed hypoxic container with desiccant and oxygen absorber. Can be functionalized via amine coupling reagents (preferred Nanocrine Protein Coupling Kit, Cat. # N9-PCK1
